The Saturday, March 18 protest in Athens, under an international mobilization, and invite you to join our voices:
Open the borders
To accommodate decently refugees in the residential web
For equal rights and dignity for all
For fair and non-discriminatory access of refugee children to education
Stop the war
For the abolition of the EU - Turkey shame Agreement
Against racism and fascism, poverty policies and misery

One year after the implementation of the EU-Turkey Agreement and the closing of borders, you remain enclaved and isolated, housed in inhumane camps, suffering from the cold, fed miserable meals handing your overpaid NGOs, you do not have hot water, many of you not even a bed to sleep, deprived the right to asylum, your children can not go to school in the morning like all other children. Over 60,000 people waiting your request for an asylum or relocation to be examined, hostages in European territory with no rights.
Workers in Greece have every reason to defend your rights and isolate any voice of racism and fascism because defending your rights is defending human dignity, is defending the poor and the persecuted, is resistance to barbarism of those closing borders and condemning millions of people in the suffocation of wars. Why are the policies that pushed you away from your lands that are condemning most of us to poverty, unemployment, continuing uncertainty for our survival, the constant insecurity for peace in our own region.

Government is blackmailing you, that you have no choice but to be with bowed head because you are "guests", while defames solidarity and accusing anyone who stands for your fair demands that stimulates you to revolt and doing "illegal" actions. At the same time asks for more rigor in compliance with the EU-Turkey Agreement. Prepares new closed prison camps for refugees from specific countries of origin and those considered that violate the rules. Distributes countless money to NGOs while your own needs for food, housing and care is not met in the slightest. Deprived you the rights to education and health. Rejects massively asylum applications.

The EU closes its borders. Consider you all illegal and does not allow you to travel. Returns massively refugees in Turkey, the country of massive deportations, of authoritarianism and torture. Sends you back to the war zones and in countries that do not provide any protection to refugees such as Libya. Forces you to choose the most dangerous routes to get to your destination. If you ultimately succeed through these dangerous journeys to get to an EU country, will return you back to Greece under the Dublin Agreement.

We support to the end your struggle for life and dignity. We invite you to fight together against the walls that stand between people, against the racist and fascist poison sown throughout Europe and America. We invite you to get organized and get out of the camps to protest with us on March 18 and not only then: We invite you to every struggle of workers against the exploitation of their work and poverty, in any struggle for the right to health and your children's and ours education.
